Everyone,

I am having a strange problem. I just traveled from Chicago to Miami and my phone's Blackberry App World and Blackberry News stopped working. BB App World says "An error has occured. Please try again later". BB News is cannot log-in. It gets stuck.

I can log-in to BB App World in my PC. I also changed the password, but no avail.

Any solution?

No one? Anyone ever had similar issue? Who to contact?

I have AT&T BES (and BIS). My messages are coming fine. Everything else seem to work (web, BB Travel, Bloomberg etc).

I just called AT&T. They will not help because 9780 is not carried by AT&T. The CSR did gave me RIM's tech support number: 877-255-2377, but they will not take call directly from me. I need some kind of ID to speak with RIM.

WOW! No wonder RIM is dying.

Anyone have any clue? I think it is a connectivity settings issue. Somewhere BB services are set for "no roming". This kills BB Travel, BB News, BB App World in my phone. Web Browser and BB Map work.

Any help will be GREATLY APPRECITED.

had the same issue, your time zone is not properly set. will fix your prob, it did to mine.
