Did you read the thread on the app??...i had a look myself as it sounded interesting but seeing as i have the app vibnring i didnt bother downloading it...if only i knew i would have saved myself the money.
But it clearly states in the Buzzme THREAD that it works automatically...all you have to do is set the permissions in the application list within your options. Just set it to enable and it should work...if it doesnt then it might not be compatible with the Bold.
Unlike vibnring where you have the icon and you can set parameters of the app. I think if i read correctly Buzzme runs in the background.

Works great. Turned off the vibrate b/f ring option under sounds>phone. As long as you download it strait from your phone, made the mistake of trying from the computer....No go.
Test run was good and as previously stated by fnord, works w/o a battery pull! Saaaaaweet!
I created two new profiles - 'BuzzMe' and 'BuzzMe Vibrate' and set each option to 'Tone', then muted each sound if I only wanted vibration. Works great, I think.
