The way I understand it is:

You buy 2 apps. You get reimbursed for the 2nd App up to $15. The second App must be equal of lesser value than the first. I am assuming you get reimbursed the the amount of the cheaper app up to $15.

It's a bummer that BB doesn't accept a regular POS payment.. I mega-loathe PayPal so I can't buy anything from App World If they had a set up comparable to CrackBerry's checkout, then I'd be more apt to go for this... (but, that's just me)

I like using PayPal better than using a credit card. It has prevented me from getting ripped off more than once.

Note that you need to purchase the two apps within a 24 hour period. So don't wait too long after you purchase the first one.

During the period beginning at 12:00 p.m. EST on December 17, 2009 and ending at 12:00 p.m. EST on January 12, 2010 (“Offer Period”), when you buy two (2) applications from the BlackBerry App World™ storefront within a 24-hour period, PayPal will reimburse your PayPal account for the equal or lesser retail value of the two applications up to a maximum of $15 US plus any fees, costs and applicable taxes levied on the purchase of the application (referred to as, “Money Back Offer”) within 4-6 weeks of the purchases or no later than February 23, 2010.
