The coupon may only work in the on-phone version of the CB store, and if you can't use that you may have to follow the "Powered by MobiHand" link on the product pages to be able to apply the coupon to your purchase. Last week there were problems using the coupons on the Crackberry website storefront, but hopefully that will work this time.
