Hi.
I have reinstalled the leaked OS version of 5.0 and Driphter's 10.1.1.
I restored most of the apps. My bootup time was < 3 minutes.
I did a few battery pulls and kept getting bootup times < 3 minutes.
I then replaced my 70 contacts and a few apps: KaGlom, YouMail, my 4 email accounts (regularly delete messages), Quick Launch, Buddy Guard, GTalk.
Now, my start up time is about 5 minutes.
Do you really think installing the contacts and ~6 applications would increase my bootup time by 2 minutes?
Any more anything is believable. I my self am disappointed with rim. If they don't get their crap together by July I may be looking at (gasp) another maker. I need my phone to work 100% at all times and trying to rely on the this os is absurd. Way to go rim.
