so i installed the weather eye on my bb and i was wondering how to make the weather appear on my homescreen... i can see it now if i goto my menu but i saw someones with the weather on the home screen under the battery meter... how do i do that??

That is theme controlled, you'll need a theme which has a weather spot in the banner.

Also you might want to try it WeatherBug for the bold, I prefer it personally over weathereye. http://blackberry.weatherbug.com/bold/bold.jad

Yes it is only theme controlled... you could move the icon to your home screen, but you'll still have to click on it to view.
