I have changed my BB Bold about 5 times for defective manufracture problems.
The problem is that I bought media and games at the Blackberry App Store. Since I have a new Bold, I want to redownload my purchased media from the apps store. This message pops up when I try to redownload it from My World on the BB apps on my Bold.
"you have used all your available device pin changes for your My World account"

Have any idea how I can redowload my purchased apps?

Also,
I had a defective blackberry under warranty, so I saved all my data on my pc and when I received my new BB, I upload all the data from my old BB to my new BB. Everything is there and all works fine. But, on my BB messenger some of my contacts appear offline. About 7 out of 25 appear offline.
Do I need to erase them and readd them with my new pin?
So the ones that are available online already have my new pin?

contact customer support for each app and tell them whats goin on. they should be willing to help you
