I already know how to block my own number using *67 and through the settings. I use my phone for business and do not like people having my number unless I give it to them.
Is there a simple app that when "on", blocks all outgoing calls? I find it a nuisance to always have to go through my settings or *67 before the calls.

The idea I had in mind was to just have a button to block or unblock your number right from the home screen.

When I searched, I only found apps blocking incoming calls.
    Thanks in advance.

@jzcombo: I think you could use WorldDialer and set up a calling card with just "*67" in the access number. That way you can select a contact in your address book, open the menu, hit "WorldDialer Call" and your contact is called with a *67 as prefix to the number you want to call.
