This one has me puzzled. I want to reinstall BlackBerry Traffic, as I'm no longer getting any directions audio for some reason, but don't want to have to manually re-enter My Places again. That would be very painful, so I was hoping someone might know where that data is stored so I could copy it, remove/reinstall the app, and copy the My Places data back.

I don't know for sure, but I would assume it's kept on the device memory and NOT on the SD card. Look around in some of the folders to see if you can find it maybe?

Hi and thanks for the response. I did search my device using the desktop software for anything called traffic, places, etc. and can find nothing. I don't know where the app itself resides since I can't find it by name, but I did find QM_TomTom_Navigator_7.916.9189_VGA which is listed as a cab file and I suspect is Traffic in disguise.

A web search shows a few people have posted the same question to other forums (non CB) and never got a response.
