Well I've tried smrtguard and roblock. Smrtguard was good but expensive. It also requires you to have your kepad locked in your setup in order to use the remote lock feature. I wasn't too fond of this feature myself.

I like Roblock quite a bit, but my problem is that if you do a remote keyboard lock, all you have to do is a battery pull to bypass it.

Does anyone know of a blackberry security app that will allow you to track/wipe and remote lock (even after a battery pull) that I might not be aware of.

    thanks

i have found that a combination of buddyguard and smrtguard to be pretty good.

i used the free version of smrtguard to backup my data

while using buddyguard to remote lock/locate/gps/wipe contact info, and prevents the battery pull reboot loophole.

glad i searched the forums to find this thread.

i would also ask are there other apps that are better than these two?

    BBcommunity what say you?

I like Where's My Phone Pro, but I never tried any of the others. I am quite satisfied with how WMP works and I don't see a need to test the others myself.

It would be nice if CrackBerry would do a comparison test.
