I have recently downloaded Blackberry protect and am now slightly unsure how I actually use it correctly.

Main question is where do I go online to find the options I have?

Also, am I right to assume protect is better than smrtguard?

I use Blackberry Protect, to back up my basic things often, more than I back up all my apps using Desktop Manager to be honest .

If you go to the link above, in the description, it tells you everything the application does.
You're supposed to have a Blackberry ID already. It's the same one that you use in App World when you're downloading applications.
