Hi everyone.
I have encountered a problem with blackberry protect while on holiday. My wife has forgotten her charger and her battery went flat, so she put her sim card in my phone to make a few calls and my blackberry protect kicked in and locked most of the phones functions. I have put my sim back in and there is a shield on my screen and all I am able to do is make and receive calls I can not use the web or bbm etc.
Does anyone know how to fix this? Many thanks in advance for any help.

Did you try going to https://blackberryid.blackberry.com/...&locale=ZW4%3D and see if you can unlock it from there?

I didn't know protect could do that... I know SmrtGuard could tell you when a strange SIM goes into the phone... Any change it is SmrtGuard? S or G in the shield?
