Hi,

Because my 9700 can't seem to deal with OS6 it keeps deleting my older SMS's so I have been using the Blackberry protect regularly to back up important SMS's (my charge port doesn't work to back up via PC).

I had lots of SMS's deleted again today and so went to the protect app to restore from 2 days ago... nothing there... No previous backups are showing up (I have ticked the box that says keep back ups)

I don't know how long it hasn't been saving the back ups for, I presume it might be from when the systems were down last week as I kept getting pop up messages from Blackberry Protect about an expiry date?

Can anyone help? Have you had this problem or know someone that has, do you know of a problem with the app that I can fix..

I ahve looked on the appworld and there are lots of people reporting the pop ups last week so they uninstalled, they are now no able to install the app.

So upset have some sentimental messages on there
