BB Protect is available in the Middle East. But when I tried to activate it I got a message that says that it isn't available in my area and that I should contact my carrier?
Connect your phone to your computer and go into Desktop manager. Go through the list of applications on your phone in desktop manager and you'll likely see the blackberry protect program listed there, but not installed. Just install it, restart your phone and you should be good to go!
