Blackberry protect on my phone cannot backup anymore, anyone else having problems?

I keep getting a notification from BlackBerry Protect telling me "Unable to Back Up Due to Radio Coverage Settings". The problem is that I set it to not automatically back up.

Right after I changed the setting to not automatically back up, I forced a manual backup. Burning keep getting the notification and it's getting annoying.

Anyone else getting this?

BlackBerry protect working normal on my 9650 and I also checked too see if I can locate with my PlayBook......everything is working fine

it appears to be working on my tour now, atleast the automatic updates seems to be working now.

Yep i had the same issue couldn't back up anything it gave me the same message.
