I just downloaded capture it and when ever i capture a screen and go to my pictures to look at it it is just a blank white picture. Anybody know whats going on there?

Same here! I deleted it and downloaded screen muncher instead. Its pretty good.

Please add your device + OS version, and also carrier, into your Profile so other users can more easily help you.

Are you on OS 5.0? If so:

1. In the Browser, click the MENU key. (i.e. BB logo button to left of trackpad/ball)
2. Select Options.
3. Select Browser Configuration.
4. At the top make sure for Browser you have Internet Browser selected and NOT Wap Browser or Hotspot Browser.
5. *Important part: Scroll down to Browser ID and ensure BlackBerry is selected and NOT Internet Explorer or Firefox.
6. Press ESC key to back out and Save Changes when prompted.
7. You'll have to Refresh the page or possibly close and re-open the Browser for the changes to take effect.

Also, I don't know if you use WiFi or not, but make sure your wireless connection is still open, as some apps only use wireless network and maybe this is one. (I have no idea.)
