There is no need for any of the Memory apps. Most (if not all) are "snake oil". Read the reviews of them in case you were thinking of buying any of them, as there are loads of reviews saying they are useless!

2 of the 4 apps that you posted are pay apps. OP is looking for free apps.
While I recommend BerryWeather and QuickLaunch, there are free weather apps out there, like WeatherEye.
I use both ShortCutMe and QuickLaunch. SCM is quicker but they both are good apps. I have my left convenience key set to SCM and my right set to QL.
