Trying to see some trace of of GPS capabilities on my phone.

I have a Storm 2, downloaded BlackBerry Maps and it doesn't show up anywhere in my phone at all.

I tried installing it OTA and from the desktop and neither worked.

It`s not even listed in the applications list in options and it doesn't seem to be listed in service books.

So I installed Google maps and that shows up but it doesn't connect and says: Network Unavailable.

I tried restarting and battery pulls and a few reinstalls, nothing worked.
Made sure all my GPS options are turned on under Advanced Options - GPS.

Is their a solution to this or should I be returning my phone to RIM under warranty for a defective pile of crap.
