Hi guys,

Seen a Forum pertaining on many apps ( in the hundreds) not appearing on BB9780.

However, would like to understand that since Torch (which is similar to 9780) would have the apps available, would it still be possible that 9780 be missing out on the apps? despite an updated version of the apps world has been done.

yes, I believe app developer make it available for specific devices and os version!

I have found and downloaded apps shown as incompatible with 9800 on App World and they are fully functional on my Torch! (however unfortunately not all apps are available outside of app world!)

Its funnie( & unacceptable ) that they can't standardies Apps and make it available on all platform. I feel short changed
