Is it just me, or does everyone have a problem downloading/updating apps via wifi?

I don't think it is the App Word's problem. Generally I found the wifi performance of the Bold 9900 is far lower than Bold 9700. It seems like that RIM used a bad wifi antenna because I couldn't even connect to a website from my room using wifi which i was able to do with 9700.

From my experience Bold 9900s have really bad wifi reception.

Opposite for me. The Telus network speeds are better on the Bold 9900 than the wifi speeds even though I have high speed cable Internet with a very good router. I used to get better speeds on wifi with Bold 9700.
