    I have been trying to download blackberry app world. I get to the screen where I pick the language I would like to install App World with. I click download and an all white screen comes up with a message at the top saying "The requested page can not be displayed." Anyone else have this issue or know how to fix it?

    Do you have a BlackBerry data plan (BIS)? You cannot use App World without one. Generic data plans or data plans for other smartphones will not work.

    Yes I do have a data plan with rogers.

    Have you gone to m.blackberry.com/www/en/appworld.html using the BlackBerry browser?
