Blackberry app World

after getting a BB app World update I lost my app. it is not in my home screen or in my download folder tried to re install and had a Alltel rep. tried to help and he got nothing also. I can find it in options add-on but no way to move from there. Is there a problem out there. Any help would be great!!

If you can see the app in Options / Advanced Options / Applications, select it, press Menu, and select Delete. Then reboot and reinstall it from App World.
