I just tried archiving a game that I have and it stored it to device memory? Anyone figure out how to store to SD?

Just upgraded to 1.1, now when I open App World, all it says is "Loading..." and eventually times out.. yay.

"Blackberry App World is having trouble connecting to the Blackberry App World. ......something something(cant read cause lines in the way) network connections and try again."

has a cool memory bar to, never noticed it in the previous version, hit menu and show memory bar, when in the my world section.

I like how it shows How much app memory you have left in the upper right corner when you are in the my world section

hit the blackberry buttom and you will see achive hit then go from there

That's what I did and it just stores it to device memory I can't figure out how to change that to store to sd

What is the purpose of archiving an app to device memory if you need to restore it to app memory in order to open and use it? I thought you would be able to 'run" the app from device memory. Apparently not as I see unless I am doing something wrong. Anyone able to run an app from sd or device memory? I believed this was a way to free up app memory in order to speed up my device. GRRRR!!

I know I was hoping the same thing I can't even figure out how to archive to the sd it just keeps archiving to device memory... I also wish they would have thrown in a What's Hot" or "What's New" Section.

Running apps from the card is not possible.

a possible future version that will allow such things as storing(not running) applications on our beloved media cards.

I just realized a new feature on the new app world. There is a new icon that pops up on your home screen when there is an upgrade to an app you downloaded from app world. Pretty cool. Now you don't have to waste your time looking for updates. It will notify you. COOL!

The 1.1 update makes the app world so much more faster and is overall great!
