If we purchase from the BlackBerry App Store, how do we get a refund, change PIN (when we change device) or re-download the software (when we wipe our device)?
I am having this problem right now actually. Just recieved a replacment 8900 (last one had some issues) and was able to move all of my applications using the device switch wizard. However they are all back to their "free" versions and asking me to pay again. When I log into app world to update them it says I have no more remaining pin changes...yet this is the first time I have changed devices since app world was launched. Still waiting for a response from app world support.
