    Guys, never used to the app site but want to log in to take advantage of the free ones BB are offering.

    Every time I try to log in it won't accept my email and/or password. There are only 2 possible email addresses and 1 password. I have trued them all to no avail. Even requested a new password which I used but still no joy.

    I have just noticed the same things happens if I want to upgrade anything form the emails BB themselves send me.

    Any ideas?

    I'm with Vodafone if that makes any difference?

    Have you created a BlackBerry ID?
    And are you logging in with that BlackBerry ID?

    That's the thing, I don't know/can't remember! How would I find out that info?

    Go to > > https://blackberryid.blackberry.com/bbid/login/

    using the PC. Either try to Login & if cannot, request password.

    Last bet would be to try & sign up (if you never created a Blackberry ID).

    AppWorld & all other blackberry apps work ONLY using your BB ID. (No other way)
