Is there a current (Aug 09) support contact (phone or email) for BlackBerry Alerts? (third party app)?
The calendar/event reminder does not remind me at all about the event. The event never appears on the BB Alert screen either.
The sms text reminder seems to work fine, I get my personal alarm notice (chirps!), and the LED is flashing purple. After 1 minute I get the Blackberry Alerts custom alarm, and it continues every minute to alarm me, until I go the my Blackberry and hit space bar or anything. (Note the BB Alert screen shows the SMS text message).
