    Are you asking about Blackberry Messenger (BBM)??? What OS version is running on your device??? Have you look under Options > Application to see if BBM is loaded on your device, and if so what version??? The latest official version of BBM is 5.0.0.57.

    What icons are you referring? the actually BBM icon on your phone or the avatar icons in BBM?

    You not alone. The profile icons on aim for Blackberry have never worked for me either.
