    Hi all about a week ago I plugged my phone into the pc and it updated my blackberry. I tried to do the same for my girlfriend and it aint working at all I have tried the blackberry update service on the website I have tried new desktop manager and I tried it on her phone it says there is no new update available which mine is 5.0.0.592 which hers is 4.6.5.652 how do I update rey with positive answers please thanks
