So what's the deal with two-way sync?

So I now see email sent from my computer on my BlackBerry which is nice. However, I still don't seem to have two way sync.

I do have the typical old one way sync of BlackBerry --> Computer.

However computer --> BlackBerry doesn't seem to work.

Same here . It takes ages for an email to mark as read on my Blackberry . #Fail

If I read/delete on my BlackBerry it shows up in Outlook rather quickly (minute or two).

However Outlook (with IMAP) --> BlackBerry doesn't work. Is two way sync even an official feature right now? The two way contact sync seems to work great!

It works for me. If I send an email from gmail.com on my pc within 10 seconds its listed in my messages folder on my blackberry and shows it was a sent email.

yes that works for me too. However if you read or delete an email from your PC, how long does it take to reflect on your BlackBerry?
