Hey I am i need of a new Weather App for the Tour. I had SimpleWeather for my BB Storm, but I tried contacting the creator for a good month now, and he has ignored all of my questions, so I dont think I will re-purchase that one. Which does the majority recommend?

i like berry weather, they had some issues for about a week, but it all seems good now.

you can create your own radars, choose from five or so views, and it alerts you when there is severe weather

If I go with BerryWeather and say upgrade my device next year, will I have to repurchase or does it transfer over with the new device?

You should be able to trasnfer BerryWeather. You can change your pin through the CB store. I believe you are allowed 2 before you have to go through the developer.
