Arr! SS is my favorite. It's streamlined, straightforward, and free.

Personally, I couldn't stand Viigo, it's the ultimate bloatware app. I'd rather have individual apps that do the specific jobs (weather, twitter, rss, news) much much better.

Viigo all the way. It updates fast and adding channels is very simple.

Vote for Google Reader here! (although I'd love to toss my small pointer on my BB)

Since Viigo is so large and seemed redundant to other Apps I had, plus the complaints from some of it being a power and memory hog, I've always used Handmark's Pocket Express. TELUS (my carrier) has a customized version called TELUS Portal by Pocket Express.

One additional feature with this version in addition to the reader, I can purchase Apps and have my phone bill charged. Even though I've only bought 1 App off there, it's still a cool feature as I don't bother with PayPal.

I don't know if there other carrier-specific versions.

Viigo is good, but it probably does a lot more than you need it to (stormota.com/135)

I haven't used Arr! SS, but I've heard good things (stormota.com/327)

Viigo recently came out with Viigo Lite which only does news which might be worth a look (stormota.com/338)

Personally, I use Google Reader (m.google.com/reader) but I really wish there was a native app for it. Maybe when the browser in OS 5.0 supports Gears I'll be able to use it offline.

I like free range, Vigo slows down my phone too much. It also takes a long time to update.
