There is no jail to be broken. Your Tour can run every app written for it with no OS mods needed.

I just got my Tour today and I am wondering why I can't find these apps in the store? I search by name and category yet they aren't there.

If you're looking in the blackberry app store berryweather is changed to beweather. Poynt should be in the blackberry app store with a search for poynt, as should quicklaunch and quickpull. I don't believe google maps is in the app store just google "google maps" and you should get a option to download it or you could just download the google mobile app at m.google.com/search I would also suggest amazon since the app is working for the tour now and if you want a rss reader that uses less memory than viigo go with either google reader or arr! ss.

    BBweather (Index of Software)
    Google Maps (Google Mobile)
    Google Voice
Slacker (Slacker Personal Radio - Listen to Free Internet Radio Stations)
    - best for cache listening on planes
Pandora (Pandora Radio - Listen to Free Internet Radio, Find New Music)
    - if you only want one streaming audio app
    ScoreMobile
    Amazon.com App (Amazon)
    - doesn't work on 5.0 OS
