Did an extensive search.....have Torch 9800 running 6.0.0.600. Program was running fine, suddenly decided to stop updating, keeps timing out. All same settings, triple checked. Uninstalled twice, once from Torch itself, once using Desktop Mgr. Reinstalled proper version from website, still having problems. This app has always been a bit quirky, posted a request for help on vendor website, I'll grow old waiting for answer, wish I could run my business this way. Anyone had this issue at all, and if so, could you resolve it. Very frustrating, cannot come up with another solution. And did restarts after install, battery pulls, rechecked everything. Any help/advice appreciated.
try: options> general settings> and change gps/cell location to another option. I use GPS with cell location fall back. Hope this helps I've had to do this from time to time.
