For the last couple of months I had been using the Beweather beta version 2.1 which was working just fine for me. After upgrading the OS on my 9700 to 5.0.0.593 I had to reinstall Beweather and I got the latest (paid) version 2.2.2
Ever since I installed it memory has been leaking about 2 MB per day. As soon as I shut Beweather down completely, the leaking stopped.

I was wondering if anyone else has been experiencing this as well? It's getting kind of frustrating for me... public beta 2.1 is the only version so far I've been using without any problems. Versions before that caused lag and leaks, and now I'm back to the leaking again...

The public beta version was released back in January, I hadn't updated to the latest normal released version because it was running so smoothly for me

I'm might have to check to see if I can find that 2.2.01 version somewhere... If it is even available for OS 5.0 or higher.
btw, are you both on free versions or on the full paid version?

2.2.01 here too, on 9000 and 9550. Both seem fine with memory. Do you really have 2.2.2?

    that figures...

Once i start buying all my paid apps through CB Store, App World is getting updates first.

I seem to remember them having an issue with releasing it to one of the sites and the number needed to be changed but was same build. I could be very wrong.

Got memory leak issues on my Bold too with latest version of BerryWeather.. Running OS5 and despite the fact that when i boot i'm at 32mb, after 24 hours it drops to less than 10...

I'm sure that BerryWeather is the app that causes the problem since i cleanly installed new OS and only installed BerryWeather and same issues appeared

Maybe it's 2.2.2 that's the problem? If everyone's 2.2.1. (including mine) seems to be running fine.

I'm using BerryWeather 2.2.01 on OS 5.0.0.405 and I have a serious memory leak. Searching why I found this post and will test by disabling the app and/or delete it to see if it is the cause. I will report my findings.

BeWeather from Apworld is v. 2.1.40 not 2.2.2 as stated by BB when you go to dl. Check the "about" in the app itself. Just had the same issue with QL which also is not dling the latest version although apworld says it is.
