I purchased this app a few days ago. I haven't been able to use it. I keep getting this error message when trying to download articles:

Failed downloading articles (HTTP response code: 400 class java.io.IOexception)

I emailed their support many times and didn't get a response yet. I tried reinstalling and it didn't help. Has anyone had this problem? I have a 9630 and running 4.7.

Did you make sure to download the correct version for your OS version?
Have you tried updating the OS on the device to 5.0?

I did download the 4.7 version. It's a work blackberry so they are lazy and don't want to upgrade the OS.
