i have the Blackberry storm 9530 paid version and was wondering about this app. when i get an SMS it pops up with the number but not with my contacts name? then when i select "yes" to only show popups for messages from contacts nothing pops up at all when i receive a message or email. Can someone help? thanks.

Just a guess, but try changing one of your contacts phone #'s so that it doesn't use dashes, see if that works.

ah, my contact numbers already don't have dashes in them.. so i don't think that could be it. lol thanks though, it is really bothering me.

Maybe the contacts are screwed up somehow.

I'd try re-creating one contact from scratch, then deleting the old one. See if it works.

I can't figure out how to get the pictures to show. I have everything set right and all I get is the phone # pop up. I was getting very frustrated with the app so I deleted it. Anyone with a Storm know what we are doing wrong?

Also having the same problem. I'm on a Bold 9700. I'm just going through a few different ideas as to what i might think is wrong. I'll keep you posted.
