i dl berrybuzz and paid for it, set all my alerts and it doesnt work.....all my messages still blink red and nothing is how i set it......does anyone have any insight on how to get this to work or am i sol?

Think you gotta go to custome profiles and go to the very bottom to alerts.

ive done all of that and still doesnt work......almost starting to think it was a waste of money

What sound profile do you have active? I thought I had the same problem then realized I'd set it to "Phone calls only".

I have had berrybuzz since .75 and it has always worked. I am on the .122 leak right now and it is still running fine. I would email or contact them to see if they can resend the file or something. I just set my preferences and it works.

I've had problems with mine as well. I've never gotten then email notification LED to work right, and the SMS and Phone LEDs only work from time to time. Sigh...
