Hi everyone...I hope that somebody can help me with this question because I've been missing some important calls while sleeping.

When my phone is set to the "Loud" setting (or any volume setting that you can hear) does anyone know why my phone will ring once and vibrate and LCD go off...then continue to vibrate and have the LCD go off with no ringing. So the phone only rings once...stops ringing...and the phone continues to vibrate.

I'm sure I just have this set up incorrectly.

did you set up the reminder alerts in the Others section of the Loud profile correctly?

Try setting the Volume to 10 (or whatever you want) specifically rahter than relying on the "Normal" or "Default" setting that's defaulted to.
