After upgrading to the 3.0 version, whenever i get a text, email or any notification, my phone vibrates before the text or anything even gets to my phone. Then it will vibrate two more times like it normally does once the message is recieved to my phone. This is really annoying me. Does anyone know the problem with this?

I'm having a problem that my phone always vibrates no matter what setting it is put on. It vibrates before all calls, emails or sms while in silent, bedside mode, or phone calls only
This is going to be waking me up in the middle of the night. Any suggestions?
