After reading these forums for the best weather app, I decided to try the trial version of Berry Weather 2.2.01 for my Tour. Download and install were no problem, however some "setting options" seem to be missing, especially the "auto start on device reboot". Is the trial a full functioning version? Also I have it set to update every hour, and there seems to be a large "battery drain", more than Weather Bug or Weather Eye which I have previously used. Thanks for your help!

There is no "load at start up" option on this newer version, it is always running in the background when ever your phone is on. Not sure why you are seeing high battery drain, what is your signal like where you are usually located? Don't know if the trial version is any different than the registered, they should be the same. Hopefully someone can give you some more tips on your battery drain, mine works great! While I am at work, I only average 1-2 bars on my signal and I still average less than 1% battery discharge rate with BerryWeather updating every 30 minutes.

P.S. did you do a battery pull after installing the app?

Thanks for the help! I did a restart using "quick pull" after installation.
