I originally purchased the app at the Mobihand site at ShopCB. I have version 4.0.85 and am willing to pay for version 5.0.11 but Blackberry App World shows Version 2.0.64. Do I need to delete and re-purchase/install?
Didn't work for BBM at first, got frustrated and left a 1 star review. I also emailed the company and complained. Then I completely deleted the app, reinstalled and viola! I believe that is the solution. After upgrading, delete the app, reboot your phone and reinstall. Now I'm about to check out the "text to voice" thing. Didn't work with email or BBM, so I'll try it with regular texting.......more to come.
Nope. Text to voice is a no go. That's too bad.

I have the weirdest bug... I updated normally first and it all works fine except BBM shows me an OLD contact list, some contacts which I have deleted before, did a clean install and still the same upgraded to version 5.0.12 and got the wizard but still the same, clean install and no change
am using torch 9810
BBM 6.0.1.34
Firmware 7.0.0.296
Install 5.0.12.. Still does not work.. I'm using torch 9810 with OS 7.0.0.261 BBM 6.1.0.25 beta. Reinstall it many times, still doesn't work.. Getting frustrated.. Please help me solving this problems..

I have to admit, I'm pretty annoyed... bought the upgrade to two separate phones, (9930 and 9650) and both have same problems... no lights come on for the bbm... all LED notifications weren't working as well, until I deleted and reinstalled, and now, periodically, in other words the first bbm will work, but now it won't light up for any further notifications... all the other LED's are now functioning, but truthfully, considering this was a paid upgrade, bell share needs to either fix the problem ASAP or refund money... this is NOT what people expect especially when they are forced to pay to upgrade to fix "bugs"... personally, I was better off with the 4.0 as are the majority if not all the current 5.0 users... just my opinion of course...
Assuming that the problems that users are having get fixed, how do those of us that bought BeBuzz through Crackberry many versions ago buy the upgrade only though App World? Is this also going to be offered through Crackberry?

It's mentioned somewhere on crackberry (the main page I think) that its on sale on app world for 2.99 so if you bought it from crackberry, you need to buy it through app world, since many developers don't use mobi hand/ crackberry anymore

I guess the next question is how do we buy it through App World at the upgrade price? If we can't I think I'll stick with the current version I have.
There's a version call "On Sale BeBuzz." Grab that one.
Unfortunately that only allows me to get it at the sale price, and not the upgrade price of $1.99 I know it's only a buck more but I've already been paying an upgrade price for major upgrades being I've had this product since it was out years ago.
