    After I download bbweather OTA it says it installed successfully and it shows up in applications but I cant do anything with it. It's not in downloads. How do I activate it or change settings?

    Perhaps it isn't the correct version for your phone. For example, if you have a bold and download an app for a Storm, it won't work on your bold.

    The app will download and say it is installed but in reality it won't work because it isn't compatible.

    Also just check in all your folders and everything, and try "showing all" and seeing if it might show up then.
