I got Smart Viewer back when the CB store was offering it free with a purchase. How do I get my activation code again so I can use it? Also, why would I be getting the expired trial message now, after having the software installed for so long? Would my recent OS update have caused this?

I'd say the OS update is the cause of it. I'm sure you probably already tried a battery pull, right?

Yes, it was the OS upgrade. You can email them, or try to find the original email from cb.

If you email the BBsmart customer services they will sort you out.

I keep all my activation codes just in case something like this happens.
