I thought my ex girlfriend deleted me from her bbm but she still shows up on my contacts list.. And today she changed her bbm picture. So does that she hasn't deleted me?

Nope, You can still be deleted and won't be able to tell until you actually try to bbm that contact. Then it will show you that you were deleted and ask if you want to request again.
