Hello all.

I had to get a new S2. Through your guidance here on the forum I was able to transfer almost everything to my new phone via the DM.

My two issues are,

1) I lost my Berry Weather that I paid for. The trial version transferred but not the paid version. Can this be corrected?

2) On my BBM. How do I change my message and pic.? I can no longer click on my name and edit it.

log into your account where you bought BW and it will have your code.

for the bbm you must be doing something wrong, it hasnt changed

so, if u are in BBM, click at the top to get to "My Profile", then click on the image icon, what happens?

I tried that. This phone does not do that. My old one did. I tried the BB menu button and found "edit my info". That allowed me to put a message but there is still no way to add a pic. I also can no longer see the pics of my contacts.


On the good note, I got my weather back. Thank You.

It probably came with BBM 4.7. Go here on your BlackBerry browser to download BBM 5.
