I've tried to use the "Shrink A OS Live" feature and it does not seem to work. I know this is a beta feature but does it actually work or is it still a work in progress?

This new version of SaOS is loaded with features. Very nice.

Can anybody suggest a reason why BBH can't connect to my 9780? I'm on a Windows 7 64bit OS, which does recognize the 9780. So, the computer can see the device, but BBH can't. It doesn't matter which USB port I use, either.

Try opening Task Manager and ending the process labeled BBDEVMGR. That should allow BBH to connect. I have this problem regularly.
