this happens alot. if I close it the blinking stops. I then reopen it and it is back to normal. Anyone run into this?

Yes, happens to me too. It usually gets stock on missed call blinks, or sometimes voicemail. I wasn't clever enough to try going into the application and always resorted to a battery pull. For what it is worth, I didn't have this problem before OS 4.5.

Sometimes that happens to me but I just go into the app that has the notification then exit again. That normally solves it.

before 4.5 i dont remember but i know that the app didnt notify with different colors properly, thats why i upgraded in the first place.
