This may be a complete newb question, but I need some help. I only got my Tour two weeks ago, and I am slowly becoming acquainted with the device.

I had installed BBWeather just fine with my first Tour. I replaced my tour for another one last week (though this one still has terrible sound quality).when

I forgot to backup my 3rd party apps, so I had to reinstall. I am having an issue with BB Weather. After entering my location id, the app searches for weather information, I get the following error:

"Error: Could not find a service book entry for IPPP"

I would be thankful for any help provided.

Try this:

1) On your device, go to Options->Advanced Options->Applications
2) Scroll down the list of applications until you find BBWeather.
3) Highlight BBWeather and press the "Menu" button on your device.
4) Select "Edit Permissions" from the Menu and make sure that all three options ("Connections", "Interactions" and "User Data") are set to "Allow."
5) Launch BBWeather
