Been trying to purchase a couple of apps from BB App World today and I keep getting the following message:

Error 540031: You do not have permission to use the preapproved key (Error Id: 540031).

I've made purchases from my phone in the last couple of weeks without issues. Anyone else having this problem? What is the issue here?

I encountered the same problem today.

You need to log into your BBAppWorld account, click on "My Payment Options", then click the "Modify" link on the right side of the PayPal payment option, then follow the instructions to (log in to PayPal and) authorize Research In Motion to automatically charge future payments to your PayPal account (preapproved payments).

I did the above on a PC. I'm not sure how different it would by if you try to do it on your BB.
