So, earlier today, when I pressed the BB button to open up the application list, I noticed I had an odd notification up near the time that I had never seen before. It looks like a small circle with an arrow in it, and of course a red asterisk.

It turns out, they were notifications from BB App World about upgrades to apps in My World! I tried to install them by clicking on the two messages in my inbox, and "there were problems during installation..." but I think this is still a pretty cool addition, if it would work.

Has anyone else seen these?

Yes, it's a function in the newest release.

Yes it is in the new release and you need to actually go into app world and go to the latest release of what you have downloaded in My World so it keeps track of the newest release.

Also then go into your message folder and delete the messages that tell you about the updates if you have not already found them and that will clear the little icon near the time.
